Thing is that if you're playing a game for fun, there's a million other games you could be playing at the drop of a hat.
If you're using generic software, most users don't realise they can use something else, never mind how. If you're using software to get something done, you're lucky if there's even one viable alternative. Either way, the vast majority of users don't really have any leverage with which to complain.
The leverage is being annoying. Ask the mods how I know this.
