It appears I may have put slightly too much dough in the tin
You should check for rudimentary internal organs
It has now been thoroughly slices, no internal organs evident.
I am impressed, it rose and didn't spill over the edges , it must have very well developed gluten
It tried to spill over on one side only for some reason. It ended up a very weirdly shaped (but tasty) loaf.
It's making a grand escape!
Thatβs not a Texas loaf, thatβs the size of Australia
