Okay, wait, one of them is cool. (Well, if she keeps this up, Mamdani didn't). Why is everyone spending their time hyping up Lander instead?

Why is everyone spending their time hyping up Lander instead?

Amerikkka likes the openly liberal zionist more than the poster congresswoman? Color me shocked.

I obviously meant all of the people on here trying to convince everyone that surely the Democrats have our best interests in mind this time. I'm saying the opposite.

Wait, I've been on a hexbear retreat lately (I discovered the fabled grass)

People here are hyping up Brad Landers?

My initial comment didn't even consider that an option so I assumed you meant in the general American discourse cycle.

I love that for you.

But yeah, you can look through my comment history and click the links to the past couple of threads I've commented in, if you really wanna take the time. I've noticed quite the uptick in soft zionism acceptance. One user in particular has been quite annoying about it lol.

Libs, in MY hexbear?

It's more likely than you think

Well, if she keeps this up, Mamdani didn't

Personally I think it's a bit too early to have a final judgement on Mamdani, but he has taken some easy short term L's that could be cancelled out by some big W's (cause those are longer term projects). We will see though, of course, my hopes are not high.

The thing is though, once you actually have power and the associated responsibility that comes with that, you're necessarily going to need to lib out to some extent. We'll see though, obviously we like the spirit! It's also a massive L for the Democratic establishment that their incumbent just got blown out by "fuck Harris, fuck Biden, we're going to do communism instead". The good news is that they will learn nothing from this, so the momentum is going to grow for the DSA flank. There will be Landers, Mamdanis, and Chevalier's all winning in a district near you, I'm sure!

I mean he's literally kept several very influential zionists in places of power, like the police commissioner. She's cracking down on anti-Israel protests and then he signed a bill limiting those protests. That can't be undone.

Course not, but it depends on the upside of what he ends up accomplishing. Every misstep tips that scale, and every accomplishment tips it back the other way. I guess I just think missteps are easy and accomplishments take a while. Maybe there will be none and he just sucks and that's it idk.

he's committed some pretty bad unforced errors but i think some of the criticisms aren't very reasonable either and are rooted in great man theory when ~~stalin~~ mamdani isn't a dictator.
