Well, this isn't as bad as the Poland thing, but it's still an odd thing to outlaw. (I'm not suggesting he shouldn't be lambasted in the court of public opinion, though.)

As bad as the US is at everything else, at least Freedom of Speech is still alive and well.

no, I'm fine with prohibiting the nazi salute, because we're not allowed to shoot or beat the shit out of them for doing it. Make it legal to kill nazis and then, yeah, sure, help identify yourself as a nazi all you want.
