I have a feeling red scare propaganda only works when people don't know what communists actually believe in, and that educating people as to what communists do believe will not achieve the kind of red scare they want.

The only thing I've ever seen that is successful is the "tankie" shit, which successfully stops people from learning what communists believe. When this barrier is broken down and people learn the sincerely held beliefs the left has it ultimately creates more communists.

The strategy Fox News is going for is going to work against them.
