This is his proof of life, I think it's still in question. Even MAGA are questioning it:

There's some good info in the article from The Guardian.
People are pointing out that even in this Ai/photoshoppped pic, the left side of his face is heavily drooping and his wife is subtly holding his left arm up by the elbow, making it pretty clear that he had a severe stroke that has likely at least temporarily paralyzed the left side of his body.
Some reports are saying this is actually a slightly doctored photo from 2023 when he went to rehab then, which seems believable because he looks a decent bit younger here.

Why does he look 25 years younger? Definitely fake. You can't make more than one deal with the devil.
My 80 year old father in law looks less droopy when he goes to the hospital and they pump him full of fluids. I think the fluid smooths out the wrinkles.
