The bourgeoisie are without question the most pathetic ruling class in human history.
The level of their hubris and cruelty far surpasses that of their predecessors by an extreme margin.
This is why so many of them turn out to be pedophiles, actual psychopaths, or similarly dangerous/maladjusted/unstable.
So yeah they probably abuse their kids a lot. Would explain why so many of turn out so fucked up.
I agree with you about the bourgeoisie, but the idea that the aristocracy weren't exactly the same is ridiculous to me.

More absurd one is that being pyschopats, sociopaths, selfish getting normalized. I’m seeing a lot of motivational speech about how these are mainstream and you have to be one of them to be successful.
