How does that punish anyone? You may feel righteous venting your anger on a hunk of plastic, but that feeling doesn't signify anything.

Dismantle not wreck. Take every part.

It hits their budget. In so much as they have one. Its not the punishment they deserve, but you need to find their families for that.

Look, your time would be better served putting together a delegation to speak before your local municipal council. It's easy, it's free, it's your right, and it's far more effective than random vandalism. If you haven't even done that, you're probably not very serious about this and you're just here venting your impotence.

It hits YOUR budget. Who is this "they"??

No, seriously, who is this "they" with families that you are now threatening? Who do you think this punishes? I really want to know.

Who owns the cameras, numbnuts?

[–] jerkface@lemmy.ca 1 points 2 hours ago

Oh, you're just some random abusive user, not the person I was talking to. Both please forgive my mistake.

I do. The public does. Who do you think owns and pays for the cameras? And why are you being so cagey about answering my simple questions? The abuse and evasion you respond with makes me think they are somehow threatening to you, but that would be absurd. Right?

'The public'?

The same 'public' that makes all my friends own anonymizing clothing that covers all identifying features and gas masks in case they ever want to hold up a sign asking that their tax dollars not be used to fund the rape of babies and murder of entire hospitals? The same 'public' that makes everyone I know feel like they're a hunted animal when they dye their hair or go into a rich part of town or speak their mind in the open? The same 'public' that disappears people for being homeless or born an hour's drive south of here, and kills people for asking themto stop?

Because that 'public' and the people who support them need to be killed.

No, Flock owns their cameras. The public paying for damages only extends until the public refuses to do so.

I'm not being cagey, I'm someone else pointing out that you're an idiot who apparently can't even read usernames
