Little Beaver has been testing us by doing things like throwing her food on the floor, or specifically disobeying us when we ask her to do something, or biting me when she gets excited. I'm having to train myself to keep my cool and react consistently whenever I'm interacting with her. It's such whiplash, because she is so good all the time, and then will just have sudden outbursts. Me and my wife have good discussions after the fact about how to approach each situation.

This hot, hot, hot summer has been such a bummer, it has really limited the amount of outside play time. Little Beaver was getting pretty overwhelmed by the heat yesterday even just playing in the backyard. It's been great for swimming, at least.

We're in the process of moving, so a lot of change is about to happen. I hate to move her to another daycare after she just got settled in...
