You mean the workers that control the means of production in socialist China??
The billionaires are working class there too?
The billionaires that don't control the means of production?
How'd they hoard the wealth from the companies they're in?
Same way they do in America. Only difference is they're either consolidated into the government, so the workers own the means of production, or they say no, and get executed.
