Fair use is a US concept, F1 is a British company so they most likely don't legally recognize this as valid.
YouTube is US American, Liberty Media is US American.
FOG is a British company.
The British equivalent is fair dealing, and if matey monetised their channel thereโs no chance. Likewise if they circumvented DRM to get the footage. FOM charges vast sums to broadcasters for highlights rights, and using it for free undermines that market so again no fair dealing.
It is? Both Liberty Media and Google (YouTube) are US-based companies.
