The only people who were confused are the ones who didn't actually read the diagram.
yeah you could delete the labels altogether and I'd still tell you which color is which vote based on who voted.
for future reference, if you see the US voting with the wartorn, economically devastated, despot-ruled or otherwise suffering nations, or if you see the US voting alone or with Israel, then you can bet that they voted for the worst option.
That's no excuse for a misleading headline.
