- Be respectful: no harassment, hate speech, bigotry, and/or trolling.
- Encourage conversation in your OP. This means including heavily implicative subject matter when you can and also engaging in your thread when possible.
- Avoid controversial topics (e.g. politics or societal debates).
- Stay calm: Don’t post angry or to vent or complain. We are a place where everyone can forget about their everyday or not so everyday worries for a moment. Venting, complaining, or posting from a place of anger or resentment doesn't fit the atmosphere we try to foster at all. Feel free to post those on !goodoffmychest@lemmy.world

All changes to MLB post integration were bad. Wearing black/navy jerseys during a day game in 95F heat in Atlanta or Cincinnati? Bad. The designated hitter? Bad. The New York Mets? Bad
Amen.
Though I must say I have enjoyed the pitch clock. I'd still sacrifice that for no dh though.
What's MLB? (I'm not American, so I wanted to know what's wrong)
Major League Baseball. Post integration means everything after Jackie Robinson broke the color barrier to be the first black player in the majors. The DH is the designated hitter, who bats for the pitcher, is dumb and all ball players should be required to hit.
