Hazbin hotel? Cutesy look at hell that involves singing/show tune/musical montage being the solution to the episode's issues. The only really worrying (for a 13 year old girl) part of it would be the rather open look at a porn star being forced to perform (and which the worst portions and nudity is still hidden behind the cutesy visuals and audio). She's going to have seen more violent fights on network tv shows for kids, and heard worse cursing and jokes from her friends.

The OTHER show that the creator made is a different animal, but still basically the same level of 'cutesy' violence with more cursing and references to sex.

Well, this is an adult show, in fact, so if your daughter is less than at least 16 years old, then I would be concerned about her watching it if I were you. Otherwise, it is relatively good show with good enough plot.

she's 13! 😭 but her and her friend already watched it all!

It is not that big of a tragedy, actually. There exist some basic level of censorship and nothing totally brutal. I do not think that this show made much of a negative effect on her. Well, at least, mentally she can be way older now than physically. 😅
