This strikes me as AI. The way the police car moves doesn't seem natural.

Tire doesn't make a mark in the snow as the car is pushed. I agree with you. Moose are big and powerful and fairly aggressive, but this video is bogus. There are other details that are off but to me that one is a glaring tell.
