“ACAB!” I scream at the park ranger who’s trying to stop me from piling rocks up on a hiking trail
I don't think we have NPS patrolling the trails just to catch rogue hikers, we don't have the authority to arrest people. Anyone who paid the entrance fee is free to ruin the hiking trails, then people like me who does maintenance will just have to clean it up.
If I could be deputized singularly to enforce leash laws well
