Sometimes, but usually I have nickmames for them, so Maggie is Maggs, Maggles, Magalicious, Maggalopolis, Maggapotamous, and my favorite name for her, Mama Bear.
Yes, call them by their names all the time, but also use a lot of nicknames, like stinky/stinkies when they've done their business but left the crime scene partially uncovered.
Also use putty or puttyputty a lot lately.
