They saw Trump win with his "we eill destroy the system (hint:in a bad way)" rhetoric and decided to ship the most unoffensive, pandering, bootlicking motherfuckers on their side. The issue is they cant bring in someome who will piss off their donors and thats who the real left wants. They dont realize they are building a future that has no place for themselves. I think you are misconstruing being offended personally, and someone else having an offensive quality. Newsom has no offensive qualities. He is a wet napkin.
