There was literally a guy from mossad bragging that they've got their fingers in every piece of tech almost all around the world; exaggeration for effect? Possibly, but if countries can avoid this kind of risk, you'd think every one of them would (it also turned out they bugged the phone of at least one of the ICC judges if I recall correctly)
