****Tofu

  • Freeze a block of tofu.
  • Thaw it, press water out. Marinade it if you like.
  • put some cornstarch on a plate and add garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper. Mix it all together.
  • roll the tofu cubes in the mixed powder.
  • Fry them all sides in oil

****Veggies

  • stirfry your veg till almost ready

****Sauce (I use whatever random ingredients are left over in fridge)

  • few blobs of ketchup
  • some chilli jam (was for crackers at christmas)
  • spoon of soy sauce
  • some brown sugar
  • chillies chopped or dried chillies
  • left over cornstarch from the tofu plate mixed with some water

Heat it all up to get it smooth and toss your cooked veg in it and stir it all in. Simmer for a minute.

Warm up your tofu if it went cold.

Rice noodles per the package
