I’m not saying Putin has or doesn’t have blackmail.
What I do know is that you don’t need blackmail to convince a USA president to blow up Latinos. Never once was required. They do it all on their own.
Now, I can see Putin having an agenda and interest in Europe, but this is just more of what Putin and Dubya/Obama did. I wrote a paper in college in 2004 about thawing relations between the USA and Russia. What it boiled down to was Russia agreed not to fuck with Bush’s war on terror if Bush gave Putin a free hand in places like Dagestan. That’s all it has ever been.
