If they leave MN they’re going to head to the next stop on their US tour. If you’re going to make demands you might as well make them what you actually want and just say abolish ICE. Otherwise you’re just getting this in CA next week.

Nope as California was the first stop. Remember the LA siege?

Since we are entering election year I more expect the battleground states to be the likely next

Philly's next. Philly scares me because that's where I'm at and I really don't think the people are gonna let ICE fuck around like MN. Shit could blow up real fast, especially with the Black Panthers roaming around open carrying. There's been reports of ICE posting up around the city in bigger numbers. They took over an abandoned Big Lots and moved into one of the hotels in Center City. The fact that they just took down the Slave exhibit at Independence Hall has a lot of people upset too. Shit's scary out there.

A BP group doing an armed patrol of ICE?

(Not doubting just it’s a part of history I didn’t think I could be witness to)

Is the LA siege.. over? Did ICE leave LA? Or did they just settle down to quietly deporting people and mostly getting away with it?

This is a real question. I was marching in San Diego protests and then I left town for unrelated reasons. I feel like I have no idea what’s really going on in the world anymore.

It may not be over but it has scaled back.

I do this all the time, too.

It so obvious ICE just doesn't have the numbers, and they are really hoping no one notices. They can barely keep operation up in Minnesota, no way they can control even a quarter of the US.

When are people going to realize ICE is crazy out numbered?

What makes you think they need to control a quarter of the US? They already control it, they're the government. Their objective is to terrorize and they seem to have more than enough numbers for doing that, at least one state at a time. So why wouldn't they just carry on somewhere else if you force them out of MN?

Did Sun Tzu write that down somewhere?

Yes and no. MN cannot exactly dictate federal policy. This is a pretty damn strong stance as far as what they can actually do.

Yes, don't bother with incremental, potentially possible steps along the road! If you can't long jump to the end from where you are it's not worth doing anything! /s

When you enter into negotiations do you start from a compromise position or do you start at the position you want and meet somewhere in the middle?
