“In total, the Company spent an aggregate amount of approximately $125 million to repurchase approximately 1.4 million shares of its own common stock at artificially inflated prices from April 2022 to July 2022,” according to the plaintiffs, who are being represented by Sarah Maneval and Saadia Hashmi of The Brown Law Firm in New York City. Affiliated local counsel is Higgins, Cavanagh, and Cooney.

“In total, this caused the Company to overpay for repurchases of its own stock by approximately $55.9 million," the lawsuit maintains.

Sorry, but can I discuss the name?

I've known people with various last names last this. One of my highschool teachers was 'cox', when we asked her why she didn't change it, she said she was proud of her heritage. Someone asked "so, you're proud of cox?" And everyone laughed.

My Dad works with a guy whose last name is 'Hiscock' and I shit you not, his first name is Paul. I didn't believe my Dad when he first told me, so one day when we're in the car together, he calls up Paul, and gets his answering machine, and sure enough "you've reached Paul Hiscock" (The joke here is that it sounds like 'pull his cock').

I simply don't accept that these people should expect others to be mature when handling their ~~cocks~~ names.
