I imagine that if one’s a conventionally attractive, gym-toned extrovert, queueing for 45 minutes at a gentrified fast-food joint, bantering/flirting with other good-looking people and maybe spotting a celeb or two has a gacha-capsule intermittent-reward appeal to it.
What does being ‘conventionally attractive’ have to do with it? Some people just enjoy experiencing viral trends in person, even if there’s a long queue.
The more rizz you have, the better your expected experience of an environment where the main attraction is interacting with strangers.
