I imagine that if one’s a conventionally attractive, gym-toned extrovert, queueing for 45 minutes at a gentrified fast-food joint, bantering/flirting with other good-looking people and maybe spotting a celeb or two has a gacha-capsule intermittent-reward appeal to it.
