This is a fairly correct depiction of the liberal "anti-tankie" crowd. More focused on anticommunism and punching left than on building serious anticapitalist projects, so they always fail or end up tailist or worse. They barely even know what their own words mean, or actively avoid learning them, and just throw around things like "organize!", "vote!", "mutual aid!", all individualist things shouted into the void, bereft of any material concept of what that would actually mean in practice. Except voting, they know how to do that: it's just waiting around for years and sometimes pressing a button or marking a piece of paper. Nevermind that the people they want you to vote for are the ones pushing hard to fund the "gestapo" you only realized existed ten minutes ago. Surely your resistance movement of giving more funding to your oppressors will do wonders.

Faced with this political anemia, soothing themselves with rationalizations about how it's actually better to attack the only political framework to ever challenge capitalism for any length of time. Often the people they criticize are same people who are ready to throw down and actually organize against fascists, whereas these unorganized people simply put themselves and their neighbors at risk, ad hoc.
