The Moscow City Court rejected the appeal of Moscow resident David Gevondyan, who was previously fined under the article on “LGBT propaganda” for posting on VKontakte a picture depicting men dressed as women. From the decision of the Moscow City Court, which was discovered by “Layout”, it became clear that we are talking about photographs of the participants...

Sounds a lot like the USA these days.

The home scenes from that video are some of the most iconic MTV moments ever.
