That's... A good thing? The full quote from the article is:

So surely you have examples of kids being killed by drone strikes under Biden?

Again, here is an article from 2021 talking about 7 dead children, but you'll also have to consider that usually those things remain hidden unless somebody leaks it, because... Well, the government doesn't want to look like the bad guys.
