too much internets has not been good for my mood regulation😕 the crazy thing is I would then go on internets to try to fix mood

I read someone watched a movie a day to help with that, thought it sounded like a good idea so I'm going to do that too. I have a stack of dvds I haven't seen yet, after that I can watch the telly again.

Agreed, it’s a natural thing to do when you can’t be active or concentrate on craft/a book but it sure takes a claw hammer to your brain.

Maybe I need to buy a secondhand dvd player or playstation and actually use the secondhand tv
