what makes fent easier to distribute?
It's used in medicine, making it available legally if you can procure an inside source, and you need very little to satisfy demand because of its incredibly high potency.
Well all these cops keep """overdosing""" after touching absolutely no fent, so I assume fent can be distributed psychically.

You don't need poppy plants, I think. Tue poppy is what makes it scarce. Only 2 countries can grow it.
