Make vehicles that:

People want to buy.
That are affordable in the current economy.
That don't fall apart if you look at them wrong.

It's honestly that simple. Somehow they consistently fail, yet management never has any consequences since shareholders seem to have zero critical thinking skills when they're lied to constantly by that same management.
