The most fun thing I did when I worked on a cruise ship was cleaning up the conference rooms at the very top deck during a test where they turned the stabalizers off. Those rooms were basically empty except for rolling desk chairs, and we would just ride those suckers as the ship was tossed around by the waves.
Is this that chariot racing I keep hearing about?
Boy I really thought this was going to be heavily sarcastic. I immediately started imagining mop bucks and a terrible smell.
Mopping actually sucked so much because we didn't have buckets for 'em. And our boss would yell at us that the floors weren't clean enough despite knowing we didn't have any water to use and could basicslly just dust and sweep with the mops. 😬
