Social ownership (of the means of production) is the antipode to private ownership(#31) - it's when all members of a society own all the means of production of said society. In our case, the "society" in question is the collective working the workshop.
Does no one wanting to be responsible for those decisions include you, Falke? Are you somehow an exception? If so, why don’t you think it would be motivating to others?

Oh absolutely, it’s not a perfect solution and doesn’t scale infinitely, but its moving in a far better direction than Falke wanted things to go.
