Breadtube if it didn't suck.

Post videos you genuinely enjoy and want to share, duh. Celebrate the diversity of interests shared by chapochatters by posting a deep dive into Venetian kelp farming, I dunno. Also media criticism, bite-sized versions of left-wing theory, all the stuff you expected. But I am curious about that kelp farming thing now that you mentioned it.

Low effort / spam videos might be removed, especially weeb content.

There is a cytube that you can paste videos into and watch with whoever happens to be around. It's open submission unless there's something important to commandeer it with at the time.

A weekly watch party happens every Saturday (Sunday down under), with video nominations Saturday-Monday, voting Monday-Thursday. See the pin for whatever stage it's currently in.

OK, this video is wild. I kind of respect it. He's been in China since 2012, he was tasked with building a talk about supply chain optimization at a Chinese university, in partnership with Ohio State and Walmart (years ago), and discovered that the USA doesn't do any of that. China does. He then goes on to say that, every day he used to pray for China to change their ways, and while working on this project one day God spoke to him and told him to stop praying for them to change. He said that God told him he is using China to save us all.

The prayers in his video are for us. For us to wake up to the realities of China.

He says the prayers are not stopping.

This dude kinda rules.

This dude strike me as "Hey, you should go to this dentist I know, he's the best at his job. Just don't look at his sandals, he doesn't clip his toenails, ever, he just curls it like ram horns. Anyways, great guy, I sent you his number"

Yeah, that's the energy. My history with his content was as follows:

  1. This is good information, and really well sourced.
  2. Wait, what is this weird sound I keep hearing in the background?
  3. Wait, what is this video about Chinese Christians being the key to their success??
  4. Wait, those sounds are prayers??
  5. Ok I guess I'm done with this guy...
  6. A few months later ....
  7. But the information is good and really well sourced ...
  8. "Check this dudes channel out, hear me out first, he's a got great information, but for some reason he thinks GOD is behind China's successes. Just pay no attention to that part."
