Good sleep last night despite a bit of a weird dream! Yay to REM rebound and better sleep :)

I had a drink last night which meant better sleep but that's not a lifestyle choice I'm looking to make as a regular thing. It is nice to have had maybe five hours though after what feels like a month of 2-3 per night.

I hope you can get more than that soon. Shit sleep sucks.

Same here, I wish I felt like this every day. The positive difference in my mood is crazy. Sadly I get more bad than good sleep these days...

I don't want to be one of those people but do you know why you could be experiencing poor sleep?

The mood difference is indeed crazy. Yesterday I balled my eyes out and today I'm fine.

Stress in general - business stress, personal stress, also bad bedtime routine. It all adds up. Tried melatonin and it made me feel like crap during the day, stopped that. Yesterday I made a few changes and noticed a difference, need to keep the momentum going.
