I'm sorry, I probably don't want to know, what is this brain genius's objection to her hand movements? That looks like thumb and first two fingers up on both hands, maybe I'm thick but that's not anything of significance?
They're usually looking for freemason (I think) gang signs. Index and pointer fingers extended, one hand pointing up, one pointing down, "as above, so below."
But the person in op is too cooked to even get that right.
