I hate how battery systems are rated. They never give the full picture. "This is a MW system" cool, but how much storage?

But isn't AHr a better measure for battery storage ?

No, you're still missing voltage to give you the total energy storage, or Watt-hour (wh). For a cell of known chemistry, the voltage is implied. For example, lithium ion's nominal voltage is ~3.7V. However, the term "battery" is ambiguous. Could be one cell, could be many strapped together to form your "battery". See 12V lead acid batteries. Therefore, Ah is only half the answer.
