Come on any of the “weird proportions” here seem like clear artistic choices. Rob does what Rob does because he’s Rob, it’s not a choice.
#7's head feels wrong in many ways

But given everything else around him it has to be on purpose. Rob seems to be incapable of drawing proportions. This artists seems very capable of that from just these panels.
I'd say Rob's artistic decisions are a choice, he just got stuck in a certain style well past the point when everyone else stopped thinking it was cool.
I wasn’t really around back then to know if people genuinely thought it was cool. From what I understand only people who were brand new to comics liked him. People who were comic fans hated him from the start. But again, I wasn’t there.
I was in middle school at the time, and he had a ton of fans among the comic kids. I wasn't one and I always thought Liefield's shit.was weird AF
