inarizushi looks sooooo good.
I've never had any form of banana chip that is good, but the savory platano chips (plantain) are so wonderful.
As for chili lime, I've tried some tortilla ones that are okay. Also had kettle cooked, but didn't really like that. The traditional style potato chip by Clancy's was perfect. I tried the Lays version, but it's legitimately terrible.
The bananas aren't chips, they're whole bananas. They're kinda soft but chewy and combine into a lump that one can be pulled away from. They're sweet with some extra dark notes in the flavor, too.
Woah! I've never seen that before!
