I make a beautiful one, with a layer of scotch eggs through the middle, then its wrapped in bacon and cooked. Tip it out onto a flat baking tray and top with mashed potatoes and cheese and back in the oven... its awesome.
I bet mr seagoon would like this recipe
As you can see, its a well used page of the potato recipe cook book.
