The anger will just increase stress and increase the risk of long-term health issues that you'll ALSO have to pay for out of pocket.
You are simply not allowed to win on any transaction EVER.
Not being able to control anger is definitely bad for health. Letting out anger at things that should make you angry. That's just human and healthy.
