Turns out the insurance company and the dealership have very different definitions about what "delivering" a car is. Last minute dash in the pelting rain from Frankston to Preston (and a dealership I would never, ever choose because wow) and Yasi the grey i30n is home with me. Last second worry aside, I definitely came out on top and tbh, would recommend Budget Direct to anyone who needed car insurance. Cannot believe how unbelievably kind, upbeat and friendly everyone I spoke to was, across multiple teams. Happy to be DONE with this!!!

The new car process was soooo uncoordinated and stressful when I went through it last year. I donβt get how itβs so all over the place! Worth the perseverance though.
