Show me a single concrete promise from Harris that prove she would be better than Trump. She approve Trump plan
At the very least Harris wouldn't have deported Palestinian refugees in the US like Trump has.
We are talking about the genocide in Gaza do not move the goal post . There is not a single concrete promise she said that show that she would stop Israel and the genocide. Biden and harris didn't even bother forcing Israel to really investigate the murder of Hind Rajab . A foundation was able to find the murderers when it could have been easier for the USA to find them

Are Palestinians only Palestinians when they are in Gaza?
That is called a nonfalsifiable position. Since she never became President, there is no way to prove what she would have done beyond what she said she would have done. Are you willing to take her at only her word?
We know what Trump has said. He wants to relocate all Palestinians from Gaza to neighboring countries and take Gaza for the US.
