From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Linux is a family of open source Unix-like operating systems based on the Linux kernel, an operating system kernel first released on September 17, 1991 by Linus Torvalds. Linux is typically packaged in a Linux distribution (or distro for short).
Distributions include the Linux kernel and supporting system software and libraries, many of which are provided by the GNU Project. Many Linux distributions use the word "Linux" in their name, but the Free Software Foundation uses the name GNU/Linux to emphasize the importance of GNU software, causing some controversy.

As a nerd I think we need to get back to bullying nerds
This is actually a big step up from ReiserFS ...
No the true nerds know full well this is bullshit. Nerds need to bully wannabe fake nerds trying to use the nerd name to peddle their snake oil.
He's definitely a nerd. He's a very competent guy, no random wannabe would be able to make what he did with bcacheFS (and apparently extremely boastful about it?), he's just very weird. Also he's an open source dev, I doubt he's trying to gain money from all this. Again, just a weird guy imo
No true nerdsman intensifies
Maybe Linus approach to humiliate bad contributors was a good thing.
