1.5 hours on the phone with Microsoft tech support for moving my domain email provider to Microsoft, and still not resolved!

Had to figure out how to access my domain name servers again and add โ€œTXTโ€ files to it, came flooding back to me from dealing with all this crap setting things up the first time.

Ran into an issue exporting inbox from old provider to new, and then the tech support guy had another appointment and had to go. Talk about leaving your customer in the lurch. I think I know how to fix but that was all the IT problems I could handle for one afternoon, will revisit when Iโ€™m bored enough on the weekend.

If it makes you feel any better they treat their enterprise level partners the same way.
