I'm so happy I have a physical calendar now. I've written everyone's birthdays in it so I'll never forget again - for whatever reason putting them into my phone calendar isn't the same and doesn't help lol.

Just sent MiL a message saying happy birthday, after years of partner forgetting (ADHD brain lol), and I feel really good lol

I picked up a page a day diary really cheap and it's great because you can't write reminders in ahead of time in a normal notebook
