Rush - Fly by Night
Their second album is the first where they found their prog rock selves.
From wikipedia: The members of Rush have noted that people "either love Rush or hate Rush",[170] resulting in strong detractors and an intensely loyal fan base. I wanted to mention rush, but I couldn't narrow it down to one album.
On a related note, I got tickets to see Rush next year, as I figured it'll be my last chance.
