I'd love to do this with some cheap degraded agricultural land near a city. Part of it is set aside for a subsistence homestead and native plant nursery, the rest is restored to native habitat as an interpretive space with a focus on group education and wildlife reintroduction. A one stop beaver shoppe with every good plant nearby cities could want.
