This is a video by a US Navy guy, he is very biased in favor of the empire. And I don't know how well to trust his analysis.

But according to him, The video provided by the Pentagon is completely out of line with the tactical doctrine Navy submarines operate under. This Bozo might be full of s***, but according to him the fact that we see the broad side of the ship, means that the torpedo probably missed the target, and had to circle around to hit it.

I don't know how well I trust his armchair analysis, but the idea of the first US torpedo shot In anger in 80 years, missing the target, gives me some hope.
