Exactly, Tehrangeles is the capital of Iranistan, and it was moved around the time of the Iranian Revolution to be farther away from CIA headquarters on the East Coast to make it harder for them to do another coup like the one in 1953. Now the Americans suddenly realized they don't like that the Iranians put their capital so close to all those military bases in California and that's what the war's about.
